the malia was really lovely. lobby is clean and fresh and lovely. Rooms were great, clean and had 2 double sized beds. good aircon. not a terrible view was onto some other roof tops but did have a glimpse of the sea from floor 11. and we could see the fireworks on Friday nights! has a safe and a wardrobe with a big mirror. fantastic location a few blocks back from the strip but still in amongst the hustle and bustle. fresh water cooler in lobby and beach towel service.

The location was so convenient, right across from a Pink line Waikiki Trolley stop and round the corner from the main stop for all lines. Only 5 minutes walk to Waikiki Beach. The room was very spacious, clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Having a laundry on site was very convenient. Free filtered water was a great saving. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

The newly renovated rooms where really nice and we enjoyed the option of dipping into the pool in the evening (thought it would have been nice if the pool closed at 10:00 pm and not 9:00 pm). Having experienced both the city view and the ocean view, I enjoyed the city view more as it was quieter and still nice where we were situated.

Great renovated hotel in walking distance to nice shops, restaurants, cafes and two beaches - both Waikiki and Fort Derussy. The beds were very comfortable. My only issue was the poor sound insulation both towards the street and towards the hallway so you can hear lound traffick and sirens at night as well as slamming doors from other rooms.
